Chase Health

Chase Corporate Health provides for medical and surgical expenses incurred by the insured members of an organization/company as a direct result of their sustaining accidental bodily injury or illness or a disease within the period of insurance.

Members actively in service from age 18 to 65 are eligible for cover. At the discretion of the employer, the cover can also extend to the employees dependent and children who are eligible for cover from 0 Months up till 18 years (or 26 years if residing with their parents and enrolled full-time in a recognized post-secondary institution).

The minimum enrolment for Chase Corporate Health must be 90% of all eligible members and dependants in the organization/company and there is no waiting period before cover commences for new employees.

Inpatient Cover

Chase Corporate Health provides for necessary hospital bed charges (standard ward bed), doctors & anaesthetist's bills, operating theatre fees, pharmacy, laboratory and investigation costs incurred by an insured member provided it is within the stipulated limits. This cover will be on credit facility with authorised service providers.

Outpatient Cover

Members of Chase Corporate Health will have a choice of medical practitioners provided they are registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners & Dentists Board. Cover will be on credit facility basis with authorized service providers and on 100% re-imbursement provided it is within the stipulated limits.

Dental and Optical Cover

The dental cover provides for the cost of fillings, x-rays, extractions including surgical extraction together with anaesthetics fees. The optical cover provides for the cost of eyeglasses and eye testing. Eyeglasses are limited to one pair every two years, unless otherwise proven to be medically necessary.

Maternity Cover

Maternity cover will cater for delivery expenses, pre-natal care, post-natal care and ultrasounds all within the maternity limit.
